Welcome to the High Level Throwing® Little Lightning Bolts Program!  This training guide will help coaches and parents implement proper throwing warm-ups and drills that are fun, safe and effective for athletes of all ages, teaching them the basics and Foundations of Throwing!

We introduce our Little Lightning Bolts Program at an early age (5+), so the kids can start to build coordination and movement patterns that are correlated with overhand throwing!
