Founder & Creator, Austin Wasserman and Lead Instructor, Sarah O'Brien will come out to work with your Rec Leagues, Travel Organization, College Program or Training Facility, teaching and integrating the High Level Throwing® System to your athletes and coaches!

We offer Foundational & Advanced Sessions for Baseball and Softball Players and Coaches looking to learn all about arm care, overhand throwing development and programming for athletes of all ages.

*Athletes ages 13+ are eligible to join the HLT Leaderboard and earn a VELOCITY BAGE to showcase in your recruiting profiles and social media profiles!

*Athletes ages 13+ are also eligible to take the NTangible CLUTCH FACTOR Assessment for Mental Performance and an athlete's ability to compete in high-leverage, game-type situations!
