High Level Throwing® does not accept returns or refunds on any of our training tools or digital e-book training guides.
If you opt into Route shipping protection at checkout, all services and updates related to lost, stolen, or damaged items will be provided by Route. Please contact Route directly for assistance with claims or updates.
If you do not opt into Route shipping protection, High Level Throwing® does not offer any protection for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Customers are fully responsible for any issues that arise during shipping. For assistance, you may contact austin@highlevelthrowing.com, and if a reshipment is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
