High Level Throwing® Expands National Partnership with Unity Softball for 2025-2026 Season. Leading the Way in Arm Care, Injury Prevention, and Throwing Development for Baseball & Softball Athletes!
The Unity Softball Organization is proud to announce our partnership with High Level Throwing®, launching a comprehensive arm care and throwing development initiative for the 2025–2026 season! This collaboration aims to provide Unity Softball Organization athletes with elite-level training focused on injury prevention, throwing efficiency, and long-term performance development.
The partnership brings High Level Throwing®’s proven methodology directly to the Unity Softball Organization, empowering coaches and players with a progressive system of throwing drills, arm care protocols, strength development, and athlete education. High Level Throwing® has been a leader in the field of throwing biomechanics, developing programs that help thousands of athletes build elite-level arm strength, velocity, and durability!
From coast to coast, programs are adopting the High Level Throwing® system to better serve athletes in a sport where shoulder and elbow injuries are on the rise. The system focuses on movement-based throwing instruction, pre-throwing warm-up routines, drills and proper throwing progressions. High Level Throwing® has established relationships with many companies, teams, organizations and facilities all over the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand that train remotely using our online training programs and digital training guides!

Athletes receive the Online Throwing Program + App and 1 Video Breakdown. You can have up to 16 athletes! The team receives 3 sets of Lightning Balls and the Head Coach gets access to our Online Coaches Course for FREE (value of $549)!
Athletes also get access to our NTangible Clutch Performance Assessment, which helps determine your mental performance and abilities in high-leverage softball situations!
Lightning Ball Plyo Set
These custom Plyo Balls can be used for Pattern Training, Strength & Velocity Development for baseball and softball athletes of all ages!
The Lightning Ball Training Set are Standard 12” Size (3.8” diameter) with a soft, pliable (plyo) outer shell filled with a non-toxic sand.
The set comes with 4 different colored weighted balls (2lb, 1lb, 9oz and 7oz) that are used for Warm-Up, Arm Patterning and High Level Throwing® Drills! These are programmed for you in the training guide!
The Lightning Balls are smooth and durable, and can be thrown at various speeds, including max effort speeds, against specific wall surfaces and netting.
