As we come to the end of another incredible year working with baseball & softball athletes and coaches, we want to highlight some of the top moments of the year AND what’s ahead for High Level Throwing® in 2025 and beyond!
Clinics: Just this past year, we had 60 clinics working with over 3000 athletes and 250+ coaches!
We are also planning international seminars and clinics in Canada, Germany, Great Britain and New Zealand.
Remote Training Updates & Features: We will be integrating more features into our online remote program and app for athletes and coaches as well as updating programming and video tutorials!
Team Packages and Organizational Training will be available. If you’re looking to help improve the knowledge and skills for athletes and coaches in your rec leagues, travel programs, high schools, or college programs, and want to implement the HLT system, reach out for more info!
Partnerships: HLT made some incredible partnerships, such as NTangible and Major League Mindset to bring mental performance to our athletes development!

Ambassador Program 2025 - NEW!
We are excited to launch our ambassador program for individuals to represent our brand and become a partner, creating and sharing High Level Throwing’s arm care and throwing information and education via social media and be at specific HLT powered events around the country!
Physical Therapy Book and Seminars 2025 - NEW!
This year we are launching our physical therapy book + seminars! Designed for strength coaches, PTs, athletic trainers who are interested in learning the rehab component as well as specific techniques used for baseball & softball athletes to help get them back on the field and keep them on the field playing the sport they love!
