Welcome to the registration page for the High Level Throwing® Clinic in Woodinville, WA. We teamed up with Elevate Fastpitch to bring you some awesome throwing sessions!
This clinic will be run by Lead HLT Instructor, Sarah O’Brien with sessions focusing on the Foundations of High Level Throwing® & Advanced Concepts for Softball Athletes!
There will be 4 Player Sessions available for serious athletes or teams looking to learn & develop overhand throwing mechanics!
- Session 1: Sunday, October 15th @ 9AM-12PM (Ages 13+)
- Session 2: Sunday, October 15th @ 1230PM-230PM (Ages 9-12)
- Session 3: Sunday, October 15th @ 3PM-5PM (Ages 9-12) – SOLD OUT!
- Session 4: Sunday, October 15th @ 530PM-830PM (Ages 13+)
- Coach Access: Choose any session to attend and learn and be on the field with our staff!
*We limit each session to 16 players! Each athlete will receive a FREE High Level Throwing® Getting Started Training Guide sent via email!

Sarah O’Brien is our Lead HLT Instructor, joining our staff remotely with years of coaching experience, having spent more than eight seasons at the collegiate level as an assistant coach at Texas Lutheran University, University of Houston and the University of Montana.
Sarah coached at Texas Lutheran for 6 seasons, from 2013-18. The Bulldogs went 223-39 and advanced to five NCAA Division III national tournaments. She spent the 2019 season as a volunteer assistant at Houston and then as the assistant coach at the University of Montana. Sarah is based in Texas!
We are really excited to have Sarah on board with us as she knows the High Level Throwing® System like nobody else, implementing the overhand throwing program for the past 8 years at TLU, Houston and Montana. Sarah manageS and oversee the throwing module for all of our remote online baseball and softball athletes/coaches and work closely with Austin to maximize our athlete’s overhand throwing development! She also instructs on clinics around the country!
