High Level Throwing Clinic - Seattle, WA 2026 KB Fastpitch
Welcome to the registration page for the High Level Throwing® Clinic in Seattle, WA (Woodinville) on Saturday, September 12th & Sunday, September 13th! We teamed up with KB Fastpitch Organization to bring you some informative throwing sessions!
There will be 2 OPEN sessions available to athletes from any organization! You do not need to be associated with the KB Fastpitch Organization in order to register for these open sessions!
All other sessions are closed to that specific team and coaching staff. This clinic will be run by Lead HLT Instructor, Sarah O’Brien with sessions focusing on the Foundations of High Level Throwing® & Advanced Concepts for Softball Athletes!

- *Open Session 2: Sunday, September 13th @ 8AM-10AM (Ages 10u/12u)

**WE LIMIT EACH SESSION TO 18 ATHLETES. COACHES AND ATHLETES THAT ARE SIGNED UP WILL RECEIVE A FREE THROWING GUIDE WITH DRILLS, PROGRESSIONS AND ARM CARE EXERCISES! KEEP YOUR ARMS HEALTHY AND STRONG THIS SUMMER & BEYOND!

Sarah O’Brien is our Lead HLT Instructor, joining our staff remotely with years of coaching experience, having spent more than eight seasons at the collegiate level as an assistant coach at Texas Lutheran University, University of Houston and the University of Montana.
Sarah coached at Texas Lutheran for 6 seasons, from 2013-18. The Bulldogs went 223-39 and advanced to five NCAA Division III national tournaments. She spent the 2019 season as a volunteer assistant at Houston and then as the assistant coach at the University of Montana. Sarah is based in Salt Lake City!
We are really excited to have Sarah on board with us as she knows the High Level Throwing® System like nobody else, implementing the overhand throwing program for the past 8 years at TLU, Houston and Montana. Sarah manageS and oversee the throwing module for all of our remote online baseball and softball athletes/coaches and work closely with Austin to maximize our athlete’s overhand throwing development! She also instructs on clinics around the country!
REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR OPEN SESSIONS: When you register, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance to the clinic and to the specific session you signed up for. *There are NO refunds. You can transfer your spot to another athlete OR get the HLT Digital Book for FREE.
