High Level Throwing Clinic - Greeley, CO
Welcome to the registration page for the High Level Throwing® Clinic in Greeley, CO. We teamed up with The Alliance Performance Center to bring you some awesome throwing sessions!
This clinic will be run by Lead HLT Instructor, Sarah O’Brien with sessions focusing on the Foundations of High Level Throwing® for Softball Athletes!
There will be 3 Player Sessions available for serious athletes or teams looking to learn & develop overhand throwing mechanics!
- Session 1: Sunday, April 21st @ 9AM-11AM (Ages 9-12)
- Session 2: Sunday, April 21st @ 1130AM-130PM (Ages 13+)
- Session 3: Sunday, April 21st @ 2PM-4PM (Ages 13+)
- Coach Access: Choose any session to attend and learn!
*We limit each session to 16 players! Athletes should wear softball training apparel or uniform. Each athlete will receive a FREE High Level Throwing® Getting Started Training Guide sent via email completion!

Sarah O’Brien is our Lead HLT Instructor, joining our staff remotely with years of coaching experience, having spent more than eight seasons at the collegiate level as an assistant coach at Texas Lutheran University, University of Houston and the University of Montana.
Sarah coached at Texas Lutheran for 6 seasons, from 2013-18. The Bulldogs went 223-39 and advanced to five NCAA Division III national tournaments. She spent the 2019 season as a volunteer assistant at Houston and then as the assistant coach at the University of Montana. Sarah is based in Salt Lake City!
We are really excited to have Sarah on board with us as she knows the High Level Throwing® System like nobody else, implementing the overhand throwing program for the past 8 years at TLU, Houston and Montana. Sarah manageS and oversee the throwing module for all of our remote online baseball and softball athletes/coaches and work closely with Austin to maximize our athlete’s overhand throwing development! She also instructs on clinics around the country!
REGISTRATION DETAILS When you register, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance to the clinic and to the specific session you signed up for. *There are NO refunds. You can transfer your spot to another athlete OR get the HLT Book for FREE.
** A waiver is required to attend this clinic. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your session (check spam) AND you will then be able to download the waiver file. Please fill it out and bring with you OR you can email it directly to austin@highlevelthrowing.com.
